PRAYER OF CONFESSION
All: Sometimes, O God, we mess up, we get it wrong, we make mistakes, we speak words that hurt others. We are sorry for all those things we have done and not done that have caused others pain and which, in turn, have hurt you. Forgive us when we miss the beauty around us. Forgive us when we stop caring about others and only focus on ourselves. Forgive us when we ignore the little things in life. Create in us a new heart and loving spirit.
(Gathering - Cindy Randall, Humbervale, Ont.)
