Hello to our beloved church family. How are things going for you? We think of you often and hold you in our prayers.
The grace of Christ, the love of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit be with you.
Don’t strive to be good, you already are good! We love you!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
“Coffee & Connect” Wednesdays @ 10 am.

OPENING PRAYER:
Source of all creation, maker of the world and everything in it, you are never far from each one of us. We come into your presence seeking you, O giver of life and breath. Reveal yourself to us; dwell with us; and abide in us. We live because of you. We hope because of you. In the name of Jesus Christ in whom we live, and the Spirit of Truth who abides in us, amen.

OPENING HYMN:
VU #560 “O Master Let Me Walk with Thee”

SCRIPTURE READING:
Acts 17:22-31

REFLECTION:
"Why Do We Do Such Crazy Things…??!"

CLOSING HYMN:
VU #535 “For the Music of Creation”

CLOSING PRAYER:
Maker and giver of all, forgive us when we are too preoccupied to notice your presence in our lives: when we walk through this world and fail to see the wonder of you upholding all creation. Forgive us when we walk through holy moments and fail to savour your presence, instead feeling abandoned in the vast sweep of life as each day rushes at us with its demands. Open our eyes to your presence, God of love, that we may lean on you more earnestly— to trust that you uphold all of creation in tenderness and power.
Giver of all gifts, we are grateful for your every blessing. Your mercy and grace that uphold us through our joys and fears, and in our hopes and dreads.
We thank you for all the essential workers that look out for the well-being of us all.
We pray for safety, stamina, and courage.
We pray for those who do not know the consolation of your presence in their lives, asking that you reveal yourself to them. We lift up to you the elderly, the home bound, the sick, the lonely, and the downcast.
Grant us courageous and generous hearts to feed the hungry and to give water the thirsty; being the hands and feet and heart of Jesus.

Loving God, we remember that Jesus taught us to pray saying, “Our Father…”
and our mother who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil; for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

CLOSING WORDS:
The Lord bless you and keep you:
The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.
